READY TO EAT- Paneer (Tofu) Makhani is a traditional Indian dish in a VEGAN version: tofu in tomato sauce with a wonderful blend of spices. It is best served with rice, papadas or chapati, but it also goes well with bread or a bun.
Bombay Pav Bhaji: This is a puree of selected vegetables with aromatic spices. In India this puree is ideally eaten with a hot bread with butter or ghee.
